Yes! I offer weekly or as-needed home check-ins including visual inspections, mail pickup, and more. 

I offer hourly rates, flat-rate projects, monthly subscriptions, and annual subscriptions. 

Payment is due upon receipt. I accept cash, check, and electronic payments (Online invoicing, Venmo, Zelle, etc). 

Yes, certain services are subject to Transylvania County, North Carolina sales tax (6.75%). 

Invoices unpaid after 7 days may incur a late fee of $25 or 5%, whichever is greater. 

Most services can be scheduled within 1–3 business days, depending on availability.

Yes — emergency visits are available at double the standard rate. 

Not necessarily. If you've provided a key or entry code, I can perform services while you're away.

 I take home security very seriously. Each visit is documented with photos and a checklist so you know exactly what’s been checked. I make sure all doors and windows are secure, alarms are armed (if applicable), and there are no signs of forced entry, leaks, or damage. I never share your address or access details, and I follow a consistent routine so there's no visible disruption or clue to anyone outside that the home is unoccupied. If anything unusual is spotted, I alert you immediately and can coordinate with local services if needed. 

Yes, you can cancel anytime. Your service will continue through the end of the billing period. 

Yes — I stand by my work. If something isn’t right, I’ll come back to make it right.
