1. Scope of Services
Steve’s Job, LLC provides residential technology support, property care, home checks, and light handyman services. These services are available as hourly appointments, monthly subscription plans, and annual subscription plans.

2. Service Scheduling & Access
By booking services, you authorize Steve’s Job, LLC to access your property as agreed—whether you are present or not. Keys, codes, or other means of entry must be provided in advance. All access and property information is kept strictly confidential.

3. Subscriptions & Cancellations
Monthly and annual service plans can be canceled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months. You may cancel by phone, email, or online (where available).

4. Emergency & After-Hours Services
Emergency or after-hours support is available when possible and is billed at double the standard hourly rate.

5. Payments & Late Fees
Payment is due upon receipt of invoice, unless otherwise agreed. Invoices not paid within 7 days are subject to a late fee of $25 or 5% of the invoice total, whichever is greater. Returned payments may incur additional fees.

6. Liability Disclaimer
While every reasonable effort is made to protect your property and devices, Steve's Job, LLC is not liable for:

• Data loss, hardware damage, or software issues beyond our control
• Pre-existing conditions or hidden damage in property systems
• Delays caused by third-party services, weather, or other unforeseen events

Clients are responsible for backing up any critical data before service.

7. Insurance
Steve's Job, LLC carries general liability insurance for your protection. Proof of coverage is available upon request.

8. Intellectual Property & Website Use
All content on www.stevesjob.com is protected by copyright. You may not reuse, reproduce, or adapt material without written permission. Unauthorized commercial use is prohibited.

9. Acceptable Use
Use of our services or website to engage in illegal, abusive, or harassing behavior—including spam, hate speech, or false representation—is strictly prohibited. Steve’s Job, LLC reserves the right to refuse service or disable accounts in such cases.

10. Right to Modify Terms
Steve's Job, LLC may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of services implies acceptance of the current version.
